Terms and Conditions

 • A 50% deposit is required to schedule. The balance payment is due on the installation date. 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to reject service to any property deemed unsafe by us. 

• Price includes use of a stated quantity of lights and electrical accessories from the installation date through no longer than the end of January the following year. 

• Maintenance to be performed with 48 hours of communicated issue, weather permitting. 

• All Magical Elf Lighting supplied materials are property of Magical Elf Lighting and must be returned to Magical Elf Lighting. Magical Elf Lighting cannot guarantee consistent light bulbs  orientation due to twisting nature of light strands. 

• Magical Elf Lighting reserves the right to take and use photographs or video of the customers' property for marketing and media purposes. 

• The property owner must provide Magical Elf Lighting clear access to safe electricity. 

• Electrical outlets should not be tethered to high AMP devices such as refrigerators. 

• Warranty: Magical Elf Lighting will test all lighting at completion of installation and will leave project fully functional. Defects must be communicated to Magical Elf Lighting within 24 hours  of installation. 

• Magical Elf Lighting will not be responsible for any defects or damage associated with weather conditions such as wind, rain, snow, and ice. 

• Signature below solidifies approval of this proposal and will result in Magical Elf Lighting fulfilling the agreement of terms above.
